1. Overview
Datanaux Solutions provides digital products, SEO services, app creation, and consulting services. Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased and the stage of delivery.
2. Digital Products
Digital products are normally delivered instantly or through online access. Because digital products can be downloaded, copied, or accessed immediately, refunds may not be available once the product has been successfully delivered, downloaded, or accessed.
If a digital product is not delivered, is inaccessible due to a technical issue from our side, or materially differs from the product description, customers may contact us for support or refund review.
3. Services and Consulting
For SEO, app creation, consulting, and custom digital work, payments may cover planning, time, research, development, communication, or execution. Refunds are generally not available for work already completed, time already spent, or services already delivered.
If a project is cancelled before work begins, refund eligibility may be reviewed based on the payment amount, project stage, and any administrative or gateway charges.
4. Refund Request Window
Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase unless a specific product or service page states a different period. Requests submitted after the applicable refund window may not be accepted.
5. Payment Gateway and Settlement Time
Approved refunds are processed through the relevant payment method or payment gateway wherever possible. The final time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account depends on the payment gateway, bank, card network, wallet, or payment provider. It may usually take 5–7 working days, and in some cases it may take longer depending on the provider.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after digital product delivery or download.
- Failure to use a product due to lack of compatible software or device, where requirements were already mentioned.
- Custom work, consulting time, SEO work, or app development already performed.
- Misuse, violation of terms, or fraudulent purchase activity.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund review, email support@datanaux.com with your name, purchase email, order/payment reference, purchase date, and reason for the request.
